RETURN POLICY
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ORDERS
For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty during transit, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the items.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Refunds for returned goods apply for accessories product only. No Refunds for bespoke or custom made or tailor made garments. All refunds for accessories will be made within 28 days of Universal Tailors receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.
EXCEPTIONS
All tailor made garments (bespoke or custom made garments) are non-returnable AND non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the product. These are considered personalized goods made to your specifications & exact dimensions and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. If there is a technical product error deemed to be our fault we will offer to ship back, alter it and reimburse the client for shipping cost under our shipping guidelines. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before its shipped back.
